Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been packed. To cancel, go to My Account → Orders, open the relevant order, and select Cancel Order. You can also email omfmcgretailerllp@gmail.com with your order number.

After Dispatch

Once the order has been packed and handed over to the delivery team, it can no longer be cancelled through the app. In that case, please reject the order at the door — our driver will return it to the warehouse. No charge will be applied for prepaid orders that are refused at delivery.

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated within 1 business day of the cancellation being confirmed and typically reflect in your account within 5 – 7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Wallet payments: Refunded to your RV Mart wallet instantly.
  • Cash on Delivery: No payment has been taken, so no refund is needed.

Damaged, Expired or Wrong Items

If any item delivered is damaged, past its expiry date, or different from what you ordered, please raise a complaint through the order page within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain perishable and personal-care items cannot be returned once delivered unless they were delivered damaged or expired. Such items are clearly marked on the product page.
