Orders can be placed through the RV Mart website or mobile app after selecting a valid delivery zone via your postal code. Only products that are in stock in the warehouse serving your zone will be available to add to cart.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email and SMS with your order number, itemised list, and estimated delivery slot. You can track the status of your order at any time from My Account → Orders.
A minimum order value may apply depending on your delivery zone and the current promotions. The applicable minimum and any delivery charges are shown clearly on the cart and checkout pages before you place the order.
Once an order has been packed and dispatched, changes cannot be made. If you spot an error immediately after placing the order, please contact omfmcgretailerllp@gmail.com with your order number and we will try our best to accommodate the change.
